Job Description
Are you an experienced technician with knowledge of pump systems and rotating equipment? For a growing technical company, we are looking for an All-round Pump Service Technician with a passion for technology and a solution-oriented mindset.
You will be working in a dynamic team specialized in various types of rotating equipment of varying complexity.
What will you be doing?
No two days are the same in this varied role. You are responsible for performing service, repairs, commissioning, and installations of pumps and rotating equipment. You work independently on your own projects from start to finish.
You visit customers – primarily in industrial environments – to dismantle the installations and transport them to the workshop. There, you carry out technical inspections, overhauls, and any necessary repairs or modifications. Upon completion, you reassemble the equipment at the customer’s site, perform laser alignment, and recommission the system. You document all your activities in a detailed report for the customer.
What do you bring?
We are looking for someone with broad technical knowledge and practical experience. You:
- Possesses MBO working and thinking level
- Preferably have completed a technical secondary vocational education.
- Have experience in a similar position
- You are in possession of a VCA diploma and preferably also a forklift certificate.
- Proficient in mechanical measurements and shaft alignment
- Can read mechanical engineering drawings
- You are eager to learn and enjoy contributing to solutions
