Job Description
As a Packing Team Assistant, you are responsible for the team of operators who pack our fresh bread daily. You work alongside the team in the department and serve as the first point of contact for your colleagues. Together with your colleague (Assistant) Team Leader, you are responsible for managing one of the shifts, guiding (new) employees, and coordinating, instructing, and distributing the work. What are you going to do?
- The emphasis is on working in the Packing department.
- (Substantive) guidance of (new) employees.
- Instructing and distributing tasks.
- Setting priorities in the preparation of the work so that work can proceed smoothly.
- Monitoring and adjusting daily operations
- Identifying and tracing (simple mechanical/electrical) malfunctions.
- Having repair work carried out, adjusting parts.
- Visually check the indicated quality standards.
What do we ask of you?
- You are willing to work in shifts and on Saturdays (every Sunday off).
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- You are stress-resistant, accurate, and solution-oriented.
- You have good communication and organizational skills.
- You are a team player with an eye for colleagues.
- You live in the area of Roosendaal, Breda, or Bergen op Zoom.
