Our client is a progressive steel company that is constantly developing. At our Dordrecht location, within the production department, we have an opening for a plasma cutting machine operator. You will receive full training and there is ample room for your own input ssi-bv.nl

Job description:

• Operating the plasma cutting machine in a 2-shift system
• Prospect of a full-time permanent contract
• Equipping the machine with steel plates and subsequently clearing the cut product
• Sorting, stamping, marking products, etc.
• All other activities related to the operation of the plasma cutting machine

Job requirements

• You have completed an MBO level 2 technical education or have acquired it through experience;
• Experience operating a plasma cutting machine is a plus
• Operating the overhead crane, experience is a plus
• Sufficient technical understanding
• You have sufficient knowledge of steel plates (various grades)
• You can read a drawing
• Dutch-speaking
• You can work independently, neatly, and safely
• You have a go-getter mentality
• You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality
