Job Description

Our company is a progressive steel company that is constantly developing. We serve many different construction builders for, for example, shipping, infrastructure, machine factories, etc. At our branch in Dordrecht for the production department we have room for an experienced beveller / welding edge preparer. You will be fully trained and there is plenty of room for your own input.

Job description:

-Independently chamfering/applying bevels to steel plates according to drawing

-Apply bevels using a Koike oxy-fuel burner

-Main tasks are chamfering, deburring and sorting

Job requirements:

-Experience in metal industry

-Operating the overhead crane is a plus

-Sufficient technical insight and knowledge of drawing reading is a plus

-You have sufficient knowledge of steel processing

-You can work independently neatly and safely

-You have a can-do mentality

-Position is a day shift 7:30-16:15
