At our Dordrecht location, within the production department, we have an opening for a production employee working the day shift, specifically to support and accelerate the production process. You will receive full training, and there is ample room for your own input and prospects for advancement within the company, e.g., being trained as a plasma or laser steel cutting operator. ssi-bv.nl
Job description:
- Stamping products (engraving)
- Clearing the cutting tables
- Write the correct drawing numbers on steel plates using paint markers
- Sorting and checking the steel products
- Working with an overhead crane and magnet to move the products
- All other work related to the finishing of steel plates
Job requirements
You have a technical education in metalworking or through experience
- Sufficient technical understanding
- You have knowledge of steel
- You can read a drawing
- Dutch speaking
- You can work independently, neatly, and safely
- You have a go-getter mentality
- You don’t have a 9 to 5 mentality
- Be prepared to work in 2 shifts if necessary
- Willingness to obtain safety certificates
